Mark D. “Rocky” Rickerl age 71 of Clinton, IA passed away Monday Sept. 15, 2025 at MercyOne, Clinton. According to his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and no services will take place. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com.
Rocky was born on Feb. 28, 1954 in Clinton, IA the son of Walter and Mary Jane (Lentz) Rickerl. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1972. He worked at ALCOA in maintenance for over 30 years. Rocky enjoyed his Harley Davidson motorcycles, hunting, camping, and was an avid Iowa Hawkeyes and Chicago Bears fan.
Rocky is survived by his two brothers, Kevin Rickerl of Clinton, IA and Dick (Susan) Rickerl of Maquoketa, IA; three sisters, Janet Graf of Clinton, IA, Kathie (Robert) Rickerl of Madison, WI, and Ann (Don Nelles) Rickerl of Caballo, NM; his dog, Kaylee; and several nieces & nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
