Kellie J. Frederick age 65 of Clinton, IA passed away Friday Oct. 24, 2025 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf. Cremation rites have been accorded and no services are planned at this time. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Kellie was born on Sept. 3, 1960 in Clinton, IA the daughter of Donald and Barbara (Clark) Shepard. She worked as a server/hostess for over 20 years at the Corner Deli, Clinton. She loved spending time with her family, having cookouts, bingo, and playing cards with her boys.
Kellie is survived by her four sons, Jason (Brittany) Huebbe of Davenport, IA, Justin (Chae) Frederick and Aaron (Danielle) Frederick both of Clinton, IA, and Kebo Bates of Dubuque, IA; five grandchildren, Jason, Christopher, Nimo, Samantha, and Cora; her brother, Donald “Keith” Shepard; and her beloved cat, Deeter. She was preceded in death by her four sons’ fathers, Mark, Robert, and Jim.
