Joyce was born on Nov. 21, 1935 in Iowa City, IA, the daughter of Ellsworth and Lucile (Dewey) Hill. She married Donald Feller on Aug. 4, 1956 in Colorado Springs, CO. Joyce worked at AC Nielsen as a Unit Leader for over 22 years and at Mercy North Medical Center for over 5 years. She was a member of Prince of Peace Parish and the Clinton Red Hat Club. She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, and watching TV.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Donald Feller of Clinton; her daughter, Linda Feller of Quincy, MA; her son, Brian (Lori) Feller of Greenwood, IN; three grandchildren, Colten, Nolan, and Dayna; and a brother, Richard (Patricia) Hill of Acworth, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, and a brother.
