Linda Koepp, 87 of Clinton, passed away Thursday, September 3, 2026 at The Alverno. According to her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery in Camanche. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Linda Kay Koepp was born in Clinton on April 17, 1939, the daughter of Bert and Merna (Belle) Tolman. She married Billy Koepp in Sterling, IL. Billy passed away in 1999. Linda worked as a secretary at Dairy Pak and Climax Engine. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading, playing the piano, and was a huge history buff.
Linda is survived by her son Elliott Koepp; daughter Stephanie (Gary) Ellwood; two grandchildren, Noah and Christian; and a brother Steve Tolman. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Billy; and a daughter Diane.
