Jessica S. “Jessy” Kane, age 47 of Clinton, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Mercy One Hospital. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 PM on Thursday, August 11th at the Pape Funeral Home. Burial will be at Clinton Lawn Cemetery.
Jessy was born in Clinton on October 5, 1974, the daughter of Danny and Susan (Stillings) Kane. She was a member of the Presbyterian faith. Jessy was a homemaker and had also been employed with American Inn as a room attendant in Fulton, IL, Sonic, and El Imperial of Cabool, MO. She enjoyed crafting, drawing, writing, gambling, and was good with vehicles. She had a big heart. Jessy loved her grandchildren and her dog Chronic.
Jessy is survived by 2 children; her daughter Chasity Kane and her children, Jaxzen and William, of Clinton; her son Braxton Ellis of Cabool, MO and his children, Raelynn, Infinity, Enova, and Ella; her mother, Susan Kane of Clinton and her father, Danny Kane of Council Bluffs.
