Tracy A, Comstock – 59

Tracy A. Comstock, age 59 of Clinton, passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at her home. In following Tracy’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Life will take place from 12:00 noon until 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Silver Dollar on Main Ave. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Tracy was born on July 21, 1963 in Clinton, the daughter of Robert and Deanna (Cady) Holm. She attended Clinton Schools. Tracy married Greg Comstock on July 8, 1988 in Clinton. Tracy had been employed as a CNA at Harbor Crest and Eagle Point Nursing Homes. She had also bartended at Lyons tap and the Silver Dollar for 20 years. Tracy enjoyed spending time with her great nieces, visiting the casino, shopping, and socializing with her friends. She loved her grand fur babies, Tokyo and Feta and helping out with Midwest Pets for Life. She was an avid Cubs fan.
Tracy is survived by her husband Greg; her son Andrew R.W. Comstock of Clinton; 4 sisters, Tammy (Mark) Larson of Clinton, Tina Rehr (Dave Gluesing) of Elvira, Teresa (Steve) Norem of Fulton, and Tonya Holm of Clinton; 3 nieces, Amy, Courtney, and Chloe; 3 nephews, Ryan, Bradley, and Brandon; 3 sisters-in-law, Diane Petersen, Pat George, and Beth Robb all of Clinton; a brother-in-law, Rod (Sherry) Comstock of Clinton and very special friends, Shelly and Randy Brewer, Rhonda Kearns, and Sylvia Duhr all of Clinton. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her parents; 2 aunts, Bonnie and Cynthia, and 3 uncles, Wally, Ralph and Jorge. Memorials in Tracy’s name may be made to Midwest Pets for Life.
