Michael L. “Mike” Wagoner – 58

Michael L. “Mike” Wagoner, age 58 of Clinton, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023 at Mercy One hospital. Cremation rites will be accorded. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Saturday, June 3, 2023 at the Pape Funeral Home.
Mike was born in Clinton on September 19, 1964, the son of Lloyd and Deanna (Schmidt) Wagoner. He attended Clinton Schools. Mike had been employed at Strum Automotive, the Plaza Truck Stop, and Metro Rubber in Argo Fay. He enjoyed motorcycle riding and hot rod cars.
Mike is survived by his brother, Joe (Maryann) Wagoner of Rapids City, IL; his sister, Tammy Simms of Clinton; a niece, Jennifer Woods (Ethan); a nephew, Tommy Wagoner, and 3 great nieces and nephews, Carter Wagoner, Andre Peters, Caden and David Woods.
