Harlan A. Quick – 68

Harlan A. Quick, age 68 of Clinton, passed away Monday, February 19, 2024 at Marigold Rehab Center in Galesburg, IL. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Pape Funeral Home.
Harlan was born in Clinton on April 5, 1955, the son of Nadine Quick and Harlan Eggers. He graduated from Clinton High School. He had been confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church. Harlan married Mary McClusky. He was a carpet layer working with Carpetland and Van’s. Harlan was very active with the Clinton Rod Club. He enjoyed walking, Turner Classic Movies and was very fond of sweets. He was a fan of the Pittsburg Steelers.
Harlan is survived by 2 daughters, Andrea of DeWitt and Melissa of Clinton; a brother, and 2 cousins, Jane and Moe Asaadi of Clinton and Norman and Barb Garson of Charlotte. He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com.
