Richard R. Kerberskey, 83 of Clinton, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025 at his home. According to his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and no services will take place. Burial will be held at a later date in Michigan. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com.
Richard was born on October 18, 1941 in Petoskey, MI, the son of Leon and Edna (Schroeder) Kerberskey. He married Jacqueline Hendricks on Sept. 19, 1964 in Alanson, MI. Richard worked as a laborer/operator most of his life, at QC Spas, Rosewood, Petoskey Manufacturing, and most recently ESB. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and making birdhouses. Most of all, Richard enjoyed spending time with his family; children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He was a hard-working man, as well as a good, loving father and grandfather.
Richard is survived by his daughter Cindy (Glenn) Velchansky of Clinton; grandchildren, Rob (Sam) Jon (Maggie), and Stephanie; great grandchildren, Maxton, Myra, Mara, and Mila; two brothers, Gerry (Linda) and Irv (Tressa) both of MI; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Jacqueline; a son Robert; five brothers and two sisters.
