William Raymond Reedy age 67 of Clinton, passed away Friday, November 24th at MercyOne Hospital in Clinton. According to his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 7th at 6:00 PM at the Pape Funeral Home. A gathering of family and friends will be from 4 PM until the service hour on Thursday. Bill was born in California on April 23, 1956, the son of the late Raymond E. Reedy and the late Arlene Glenn. He retired from Northwestern Steel & Wire in Sterling, IL. Bill loved his power tools and small engines. You could find him out in the garage tinkering or behind his riding lawnmower or snow blower.
Bill is survived by his lifetime partner of 23 years Barbara Krebs of Clinton; his daughter Renae (E.P. Whisenhunt) Reedy; grandson Ethan of NC; siblings Debbie Reedy of Clinton, Gail (David) Van Hoy of NC, Nancy (Kevin) Stellway of ID, and Thomas (Melissa) Reedy; step-mother Linda Reedy-Ingold of AZ; and many nieces and nephews.
