Jeffrey J. “Jeff” Ullrich, age 68 of Clinton, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at the University of Iowa and Clinics. A Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 26th at Prince of Peace Parish. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday, August 25th at the Pape Funeral Home. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery, Almont, Iowa.
Jeff was born in Clinton on December 25, 1953, the son of LeRoy and Lucile (Clark) Ullrich. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1972. Jeff married Linda Harvey on April 27, 1974 in Clinton. He was a member of Prince of Peace Parish and the Knights of Columbus. He owned and operated Jeff’s Upholstery. Jeff had also worked at Thompson Construction and Eastman House Furniture, as well as doing small contracting jobs. He had a love of animals and enjoyed antique tractors and woodworking.
Jeff is survived by 3 children; Nate (Theresa) Ullrich of Clinton, Terry Ullrich of North Liberty, Iowa, and Lynsey (Mike Lartz) Ullrich of Clinton; 4 grandchildren, Paris, Alex, Devin, and Kataryna; 2 step-grandchildren, Holly and Anastacia; 7 great grandchildren, and a niece Sheila Kohrt of Clinton. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Priscilla and Twyla, and 2 nieces, Carla Jo and Ronda. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com.
