Kevin T. Colschen age 36 of Clinton, Iowa passed away Wednesday Nov. 24, 2021 at Unity Point Health Rock Island. In following family wishes cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held from Noon to 4:00 PM Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Clinton Moose Lodge. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family. Kevin was born on June 12, 1985 in Iowa City, Iowa to Thomas and Dorcas (Dellit) Colschen. He graduated from Clinton High School in 2004 and later a BA Degree in Marketing at the University of Iowa. He married Alisha Smith on May 10, 2014 in Clinton, Iowa. He worked at Gateway Supply in sales. He was a member of the Clinton Moose Lodge and the Chestnut Ski Team. He was an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan. He enjoyed all sports, sports cars, and made Easter baskets and food baskets for needy families during the holidays.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Alisha Colschen of Clinton; his parents, Thomas (Christine) Colschen of Clinton; his brother, Timothy Colschen of Rock Island, IL; two step-brothers, Justin (Beth) King and Brandon King both of Clinton; a niece – Payton and a nephew – Mason; his father and mother-in-law, Mark (Leanne) Smith of Casa Grande, AZ. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Kevin – So heartbroken and sad to hear of your passing. Such a great, jolly and genuine soul taken so young. I remember our many long chats. Those conversations will be forever cherished. I always looked forward to seeing the Christmas show you would have! Though I would see from afar in yours posts, it was something to look forward to and get joy from. I know you will keep being the jolly fun soul you are. And know you are missed. Take care and rest in peace.

Kevin Thomas Colschen. My Bro. I miss you more than you know. I remember that day you were born . June 12th 1985. I remember holding you and telling you that you were my Brother. I was 6. I’ll never forget Mom letting me hold you . I remember eating her dinner. Lol. I’m lost without you.
