Jacob Ryan Lewis age 38 of Clinton, passed away Friday, August 30, 2024 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. There are no services being planned at this time. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Jacob was born in Lebanon, Missouri on October 21, 1985, the son of Clifford Robert and May (McMullen) Lewis, Jr. Jacob loved the outdoors. He enjoyed riding his bike, walking on the riverfront, and being with his dog Boots. The kids he hung around with called him Jacob Horse.
Jacob is survived by his mother, Mary Hopkins of Clinton; his sister, Heidi McMullen of Dubuque; a half-sister, Torrie Lewis in Illinois; a half-brother, Cody Lewis in Illinois; 3 nieces, his uncle Norman Prock, and his girlfriend, Julie Parker of Clinton.
