So sorry for your loss. Our patents were so much a part of our upbringing that we find so hard to let go of as we grow older and closer to that time as we grow older ourselves. Your mother made her mark on othets as well. We can only be grateful that others knew their love of other people like we did as children. May God give you peace in knowing this and help you heal.
My condolences to her family and friends. I remember her working with my mom, years ago. May she rest in peace.
It was Maudie’s pleasant voice on the end of a return phone call that gave me my first impression of Clinton Community Schools–and it was a good one. She was gracious and skilled to the point of perfection. My deepest sympathy to all of her family.
I had the great opportunity to work alongside Maudie from July of 1983, through June of 1987. What a wonderful experience! We kept in communication with her each Christmas since then. Following Chuck’s passing, we had the opportunity to speak by phone multiple times. I only wish we could speak with her again. Becky and I greatly admire the life Maudie lived and feel blessed to have shared a small portion of life’s journey with her. We wish her the eternal peace she has duly earned.
Maudie was our neighbor and she and Chuck were good friends of mine. I babysat their children and they would often take me and any friend along on weekend water skiing trips. Maudie gave me a nice wedding shower and her girls grew up to babysit our children. My sisters and I were invited to a dinner party at her home just last September. We will miss her so much. So sorry for you Christy, Bill and Susie. She is now able to join Chuck and her relatives who are in heaven. God bless you all.
Maudie was such a classy lady and a friend to everyone..rest in peace.
She was a great neighbor and often had great backyard chats with her and Chuck

I am so very sorry for your loss, of both Maudie and Charles. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time. I hope you will be somewhat assuaged by knowing they are together again, in a far better place.
Maudie was the best…always had a smile, a cheerful word, and she was a friend.
Maudie was one of the most professional, distinguished and caring people I have had the fortunate opportunity to know and work with. I am confident the Good LORD is welcoming her into paradise with open and welcoming arms. Rest in peace my dear friend. Denny
