Lois E. Schwartz, 95 of Clinton, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at The Alverno. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, February 20th at Zion Lutheran Church in Clinton. Visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until the service hour at the church. Burial will be at Springdale Cemetery.
Lois was born on November 7, 1925 in Charlotte, IA, the daughter of John and Melinda (Voss) Grantz. She graduated from Charlotte High School. Lois married William Schwartz in 1947 in Charlotte. She worked as a secretary at Pinney Printing Co. Lois was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. She enjoyed dancing, golfing, and playing cards; especially the game 500.
Lois is survived by her three sons, Steven Schwartz of Clinton, Paul (Kathy) Schwartz of Des Moines, and David (Karla) Schwartz of Clinton; four grandchildren, Angela, Ryan, Chad, and Allison; and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband William; a grandson William Schwartz; a sister Lucille; and a brother Gerhardt.

Lois was my neighbor at Bickford this past year. May she Rest In Peace and join Bill in heaven prayers and condolences to her family.
