Kelly L. Stoller age 61 of Clinton, passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 surrounded by family. A private family service will be held Saturday, May 15th at the Pape Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Oakland Cemetery. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
Kelly was born on April 8, 1960 in Clinton, the daughter of Ross and Lynda (Goldensoph) Spooner. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1978 and received her Registered Nurse Degree from Clinton Community College in 1980. Kelly married David Stoller on Sept. 20, 1980 in Clinton. Kelly was the Public Health Coordinator for Clinton County while working for the Visiting Nurses Association and was a Clinical Care Coordinator and an MBS Coordinator at Wyndcrest Nursing Home, where she showed compassionate care to all people. She was a member of Community Congregational Church UCC, where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the choir. She enjoyed dancing, basket weaving, reading, boating and camping. Above all, Kelly loved to spend time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
Kelly is survived by her husband and high school sweetheart, David Stoller of Clinton; two sons, Neal (Karolyn) Stoller of Champaign, IL and Kyle Stoller of Clinton; four grandchildren, Jovan, Adaleigh, Maxwell, and Chase; her mother, Lynda Spooner of Clinton; two sisters, Dawn (Michael) Mulholland and Darcy Spooner both of Clinton; two brothers, Shawn (Donna) Spooner of Robins, IA and Shannon (Dana) Spooner of Clinton; her cat, Bailey “Cooner”; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Ross Spooner, nephew, Matthew Mulholland, and her father and mother-in-law Keith and Annabelle Stoller.
