Heather L. Rice age 49 of Clinton passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at her home. Cremation rites have been accorded. No services are being planned at this time. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Heather was born in Banning, CA, on June 6, 1977, the daughter of Robert Rice and Pam (Morgan) Prunty. She graduated from Clinton High School. She had been employed at various restaurants in Clinton and had also worked construction in Cedar Rapids.
Heather is survived by her mother Pam of Clinton; a brother Rob Rice of Clinton; a daughter, Aleigh; her half-sister, Donna, and her friend Randy Peters of Clinton. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents. Online condolences may be left at www.papewfh.com.
