Frances Moore, 67 of Clinton, passed away Monday, August 10, 2026 at her home surrounded by family. According to her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded, and no services are scheduled at this time. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Frances Ann Moore was born on April 27, 1959, the daughter of Richard Sr. and Alice (Jewell) Walters. She married Richard Moore on August 30, 1977 in Clinton. Frances worked as a home healthcare provider.
