Mardella M. Krogman, age 92 of Clinton, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024 at The Alverno. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, October 28, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday, October 27th at the Pape Funeral Home and from 9:30 AM until the service time Monday at the church. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dale Schroeder, Martin Burken, Mike Burken, Brent Griswold, Matthew Toppert, and Derrik McVey.

Mardella was born on the family farm north of Clinton on September 14, 1932, the daughter of Alvin and Margaret (Ronnfeldt) Hagge. She graduated from Miles High School. Mardella married Clarence Krogman on December 19, 1951 in Clinton. Clarence passed away on July 26, 2015. Mardella and Clarence farmed for many years on the family farm. She also did cleaning jobs on the side. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #474 where she volunteered many hours. Mardella enjoyed cooking, gardening, playing cards, and dancing with her husband and their friends.

Mardella is survived by 3 children; Earl (Deborah) Krogman, Janet Taylor, and Dean (Elizabeth) Krogman all of Clinton; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Arnold (Mary) Krogmann of Clinton; a special friend, Betty Boehmer of Clinton, and several nieces and nephews.
