Patty was born on May 19, 1960 in Clinton, the daughter of Richard and Shizue Lee. She graduated from Clinton High School. Patty worked at the Skyline Center for over 30 years and was with the New Choices Program for 19 years. Patty attended The River Church in Clinton. She enjoyed going out to eat and attending the many activities and events with her staff and friends. She enjoyed her friendship with Madonna Brick who was her lifelong friend since childhood. She also enjoyed going to the Humane Society to visit with all the animals in their care, and she had a pet cockatiel named Petey Bird that she loved very much.

Patty’s family is deeply grateful to the New Choices staff who have done so much to provide her a quality of life experience that we could not have done without their help. May God bless all of you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ for all you have done for her. Despite all the hardships of her disabilities, Patty has touched our hearts and she will be missed very much.

Patty is survived by her mother, Shizue Lee of Jacksonville, FL; two sisters, Linda Aplin of Jacksonville, FL and Debbie Lynch of Lodi, CA; two brothers, Robert (Denise) Lee and Ronald Lee both of Jacksonville, FL; and a niece Tennyson, and two nephews Ian and Seamus. She was preceded in death by her father, her grandparents, and her boyfriend Carl Spreen. We are assured she rests in Christ’s love and is with Richard and Carl now.
