Sheila A. Greve, age 67 of Clinton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Genesis East Hospital in Davenport. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 PM Monday, April 25th at the Pape Funeral Home. Following the visitation cremation rites will be accorded with burial at a later date in Green View Memorial Cemetery, Rock Island, IL.
Sheila was born in Clinton on November 28, 1954, the daughter of Bennie and Mildred (McSparren) Smith. She attended Clinton Schools. Sheila married Jack Greve on August 8, 1974 in Clinton. She was a former member of Chancy Lutheran Church. She had worked as a nurse aid at the Alverno. Sheila enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her fur babies. She loved music, especially Elvis.
Sheila is survived by her husband, Jack; 3 children, Jason (Brenda) Greve of Clinton, Stephanie Greve of Bettendorf and Jeremy Greve (Cary Leab) of Clinton; 7 grandchildren; a great granddaughter; many other children whom she considered her grandchildren who all called her Nana; 2 brothers, Warren Smith of Clinton and Curtis Smith of Maquoketa and nieces and nephews.
