Ronald C. Mitchell age 84 of Bryant, IA passed away Friday March 7, 2025 at his son’s home in Fulton, IL Funeral service is 11:00 AM Wednesday March 12th at the Pape Funeral Home. Ron was born on March 17, 1940 in Rockford, IL the son of Charles and Larena (Fale) Mitchell. He married Diane Engler on June 22, 1965 in Fargo, ND; she died in 2020. Ron MTA Driver for the City of Clinton for many years. He and his wife, Diane were members of St. John Lutheran Church, Clinton since 1975. He enjoyed gyro-copter flying, racing motorcycles, and Hunting & fishing.
Ron is survived by his two sons, Scott (Michelle) Mitchell of Bryant, IA and Daniel Mitchell of Fulton, IL; and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Diane.
