Martha V. Koch, age 63 of Clinton, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at her home. Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Martha was born in McHenry, I. on September 25, 1957, the daughter of William and Delores (Carroll) Koch. She graduated from high school in McHenry. She had worked as a CNA in the Dietary Department at Mercy Hospital for several years. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and reading.
Martha is survived by 7 children; William Velasquez, Frederick Velasquez, Michael Velasquez, James (Andrea) Velasquez, and Christopher Velasquez all of Clinton, Steven Velasquez of Chicago and Lisa Pesek of Chicago; her father, William Koch; —-grandchildren; —– great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Connie Gurske and Catherine Bell; 3 brothers, Tom, Jim and Billy Koch and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Delores; her life partner, Steven Velasquez; and a sister, Diane.
