Mark was born on May 21, 1954 in Clinton, IA the son of Burdette and Helen (Hunt) Jorgensen. He had graduated from Clinton High School in 1972. He served in the US Air Force. He was a computer programmer for the state of California School System. He is survived by his sister, Sue (Robert) Phillips of Clinton, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents.
