Jeffrey was born on April 14, 1950 in Clinton, IA the son of John and Christina (Geltz) Babcock. He married Roi Ann Hintz on June 5, 1990 in Morrison, IL. He worked as an Electrician in Maintenance most of his life. Jeff enjoyed watching old western movies and going on car rides.
Jeffrey is survived by his three children, Robin (Jeff) Keis, Jennifer (David) Johnson, and Michelle Smith all of Clinton, IA; 4 grandchildren, Nathan, Brandi, Jazmin, and Ivy; 3 great grandchildren, Fennyk, Frankie, and Isla; a brother, Jay (Kathy) Goulden of Cedar Falls, IA and a sister, Jackie (Chuck) Bousman of Clinton, IA. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Roi Ann, and a brother, Mike.
