This is a deeply felt loss by so many. Mama B was so kind, and a protector. She had a way of making friends out of strangers, she was just a special soul. She became a surrogate mother to so many men that will always love and value her. I know this loss is impossible for you Dean and Dan, but please take some comfort in the amount of love that surrounded her, and continues to surround you.
Dean, Dan, Gary, and families: Diana was a wonderful person. She was such a funny girl in school. She always had a kind word to say about everyone. She will be sadly missed. Know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Thank you for the kind words, Jon. I printed this off for Gary to read tomorrow.
My deepest condolences to both Dean and Dan on their loss. I knew Diana (better known as Momma B. to Dan’s SigEp brothers) as a deeply loyal wife and fiercely proud mother. She and Dean were a joy to spend time with both during and after Dan’s college years. She always made me feel like an adopted son whenever I was around her 🙂 Praying for the “peace that surpasses all understanding” – Philippians 4:7 for Dean, Dan, and those who loved her during this difficult time.
Thanks, Mark. Dan forwarded this to me and I told him to thank you. But now I see it here on Pape’s webpage. We always enjoyed time shared with you also. I hope all is well with you and yours.
