Charles was born in Clinton on April 26, 1963, the son of Elizabeth Houser Hirsch. He graduated from Clinton High School in 1981. Charles married Robin L Wilson on January 2, 1997 in Las Vegas, but they have been together over 37 years. Charles had been an Assistant Manager at Hardee’s for many years. Later, he and his father-in-law, Richard Wilson, started The Carpet Cleaner, a business he and his wife are still operating. Charles loved everything music. His greatest passion was playing guitar and in his younger years had been a member in several local bands. He enjoyed playing cards and dice games with friends and family. When not working, he kept himself busy taking care of things around the house and tending the many flower gardens they had. He was a very good dad to several fur babies through the years, the latest one named Gunner.
Charles is survived by his wife Robin; 3 siblings, Alane Hirsch of Clinton, David Hirsch of Andover, KS, and Sheila Warner of Dixon, IL; close friend of the couple Melissa Orte; his nieces and nephews, including Matt, Sarah, Jamie, Maya, Erin, Paul, Megan, Shianne, Shauni, Paula, Bob, Dayla, Randi, Ashley, Mark and many great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth; a brother, Paul Hirsch; and Richard Wilson, whom he thought of like a father. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com.
