Barbara N. Brown – 67

Barbara N. Brown, age 67 of Camanche, passed away Friday, January 12, 2024 at Genesis East Hospital in Davenport. In following Barbara’s wishes cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Barbara was born in Clinton on January 19, 1956, the daughter of Delbert and Betty (Rowson) Dierks. She graduated from DeWitt Central High School. Barbara married Clifford Brown on June 29,, 2001 in Clinton. She had been a member of Elvira Zion Lutheran Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, breakfast at Ole Towne, watching soap operas, and was an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
Barbara is survived by her husband Clifford; 3 daughters, Teri Thompson (Sandon Smith) of Clinton, Tonya (Adam) Paysen of DeWitt, and Stefanie (Derek) Birely of Clinton; a son, Dylan Brown of Camanche; 3 grandsons, Matthew, Blake, and Justin; a step-daughter, Kristine Brown of Green Bay, WI; a step-son Jason Brown of Green Bay; 3 step-grandchildren including Kayden Klein, and her brother, Steven (Cindy) Dierks of Clinton.
