Allen G. Stahl age 83

Allen G. Stahl age 83 of Clinton, IA passed away Wednesday March 12, 2025 at his home. In following Allen’s wishes cremation rites have been accorded. The Pape Funeral Home is assisting the family. Allen was born on Sept. 30, 1941 in Wilsonville, AL the son of Richard and Millicent (Snyder) Stahl. He married Robin Dietrick on Dec. 31, 1993 in Clinton, IA. Allen worked as a millwright for Local Union #2158. He earn Honorary Membership for being a member for over 50 years. He enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, deer hunting and loved being on the river.
Allen is survived by his wife, Robin Stahl of Clinton, IA; three children, Richard (Theresa) Stahl of Albany, IL, Michael Stahl of Clinton, IA, and Douglas (Sandra) Stahl of Smithville, MO; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; two brothers, Larry (Judie) Stahl of St. Louis, MO and Jon (Teresa) Stahl of Colorado Springs, CO; his sister, Sherry Stahl of Clinton, IA; his aunt, Liz Snyder of Carroll, IA; and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Tom, and sister, Jolie.
