I am so sorry for your loss, Pat and Matt. I am thinking of you guys.
I just have something to share about Al that maybe you all do not even know about. I’m not sure. Al was an Explorer Scout of my dad’s, Phil Hoffman. I remember his name because he is the Scout who carved a miniature rifle that he gifted to my dad many years ago. I kept it after my dad died in 2008. I have always enjoyed miniatures and I will pass it on to my son who also likes miniatures. Such tiny parts to this rifle! Amazing skill!

So sorry for loss Pat and Matt. I will never forget the kindness that you guys and Al showed toward me as a newly single parent. Not sure that we would have survived that time frame without your friendship. I will never forget those days.
