Deborah A. Wulf age 74 of Camanche, IA passed away Tuesday March 18, 2025 at MercyOne – Genesis East in Davenport. Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 22nd, at the Church of the Visitation in Camanche. Visitation will be held Friday, March 21st, 4 – 7 PM at the Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Mound, IA following the luncheon at the church. Pallbearers will be Bob Kuehl, Erik Hogan, Brian, Austin, and Alex Rickertsen, and Dr. John O’Shea. Deborah was born on Nov. 17, 1950, in Washington DC the daughter of Herman and Jane (Clark) Van Horn. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1969. She married Dennis Wulf on May 4, 1991 in Camanche, IA. She worked as a bookkeeper for various businesses in the Clinton area. Deborah was a member of Team Take-a-Break Bicycle group, delivered Meals on Wheels, and worked Election Polls in Camanche. She enjoyed spending time with family, shopping, reading, biking, and dog sitting.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Dennis Wulf of Camanche, IA; son, Mark (Joanna) Wulf of Dubuque, IA; 3 daughters, Lisa (Brian) Rickertsen of Calamus, IA, Cindi (Bob) Kuehl of Clinton, IA, and Krista (Erik) Hogan of DeWitt, IA; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; 4 brothers, John (Jane) VanHorn, David VanHorn, and Stephen (Liz) VanHorn all of Clinton, IA, and Jim (Karen) VanHorn of Little River, SC; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and nephew, Jared VanHorn.
