Dear Family I have known Donna since Girl Scouts and eventually working under her direction at Camanche Elementary School. She was an AWESOME, kind and compassionate teacher. The students loved her and she will be missed tremendously.

I've known Donna since our girls were in preschool and girl scouts and then through working at the elementary school. She was one of the nicest people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She always had a smile and was always willing to help if needed. She became a friend and a mentor. I will miss her very much.

Donna was beautiful inside and out.  She will be missed and remembered greatly by many.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family.  I read something that brought me a bit of comfort and wanted to share.  It said, "The day which we fear is our last is but the birthday of eternity" by Lucius Anneaus Senaca.  I know Donna's in Heaven.
