Barbara J. Foster age 70 of Albany, IL, passed away Friday April 3, 2020 at her daughter’s home in Albany, IL.  According to her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.  The Pape Funeral Home, Clinton is assisting the family.  Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com

 

     Barbara was born on Jan. 22, 1950 in Missouri, the daughter of Harold and Annalee (Curl) Vorhies. She married Allen Foster in 1990 in Rock Island, IL; he died in 2007.  Barb was a custodian at the Albany Grade School and later at Mercy Medical Center in Clinton.

 

     Barbara is survived by her two daughters, Terri (Simmons) Stingley in Albany, IL and Tracy Anderson of Manchester, TN; six grandchildren, Darrien, Jade, and Damian Stingley, Kayla, Kameron, and Kenyon Anderson; and four sisters, Carol, Martha, Dorothy, and Dianna.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her son, Tim, and a sister.

None.

Service:

According to her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. The Pape Funeral Home, Clinton is assisting the family.

    I am sorry for your family's loss! Barb was the sweetest light  while working at Albany. She always greeted me with a smile and usually a hug! We had fun exchanging stories when we had a chance! She was so spunky and fun!!
