Oh My. What a special lady.

We met at Jane Lamb, in the 70's, and our lives grew in parallel universes that touched once in awhile and I was always glad to see her again. She had such a kind heart and the best eye roll I have ever ever seen. We shared the love of caring for people, the joy of our children, the treasuring of antiques and mom stories.

In days past, I remember we could start a conversation about a situation we both knew about, and just laugh together, sometimes without even talking, which for us is a big deal.

She bragged shamelessly about her husband, her boys, and then her grands. With good reason.

The world lost a good one, Evan. A really good one.

Julie was a student of mine at St. Mary's in my English classes.  She always had that great smile.  I would see her later in our lives when we would be at Exelon celebrations.  My husband and I send hugs and prayers to Evan and family,
