I was privileged to work with Jack at Mt. St. Clare Speech and Hearing Center for five years.  Jack was a "jack of all trades" and all I had to do was suggest that I needed something to use with one of my clients and he would go about trying to make or adapt something to work. He was forever repairing items in our "toy closet".   Our early morning conversations between he and Judy and I were always filled with family news and Jack considered everyone who worked or was seen at Mt. St. Clare part of his "family".  Jack had a very inventive mind and a very caring heart;  and he will be greatly missed.  I am sorry for your loss.
